Payment and Cancellation Policies
Discovery Lima will not be responsible for any illness, injury or death that is caused in any
walk or in any part of the tour, nor for any loss of its property. Therefore, we highly
recommend that you take out travel insurance that includes cancellations.
Discovery Lima will make every effort to make any changes to the details of your tour at
the planning stage and during the course of the trip. However all new charges for new
services will be passed on to passengers and there will be no refund of unused services if
during the tour, you decide to cancel part or all of the tour, there will be no refunds.
FORCE-MAJURE
SIt is defined as unusual and unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the company,
the consequences of which could not be avoided by the company or its suppliers. These
may include, but are not limited to: war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity
(current or threatened) industrial dispute, technical problems with transportation, machinery
or equipment, lack of electricity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, drought, adverse
weather conditions and water levels in the Rivers. As a result of some "Force Majeure"
It does not apply to Discovery Lima to provide a proportion of the tour after it has started
and having to make alternative arrangements, passengers must bear these costs. Under no
circumstances can Discovery Lima offer refunds for cancellations in case of "Force
Majeure"
